一、用途：
Application
本產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于化工和石油化學(xué)工業(yè)中等有爆炸性環(huán)境的自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)，監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線路等各種本安電路中作為微弱信號(hào)的傳輸用線；該產(chǎn)品除具有分布參數(shù)小的特點(diǎn)外，還采用了加強(qiáng)屏蔽層，使其具有優(yōu)良的抗外界電磁場(chǎng)干擾，抗射頻干擾等性能。

1、本產(chǎn)品可采用銅/鋁復(fù)合膜繞包屏蔽，型號(hào)中的P是銅復(fù)合膜以P2表示，是鋁復(fù)合膜以P3表示；
The cable can use copper/aluminum compound film wrapping shielding. P2 stands for copper compound film while P3 for aluminum compound film in cable type.
2、可根據(jù)需要生產(chǎn)鋼帶鎧裝本安型信號(hào)控制電纜，需在型號(hào)右下角加注代號(hào)“22”，如ia-KYPVP22;
Intrinsic safety type signal control cable with steel tape armoring can be produced according to customer’s requirements. No. “22” shall be added to the lower right corner of type, eg. ia-KYPVP22
3、如需A級(jí)阻燃，應(yīng)在ia之前注明ZRA。如ZRA-ia-KYPVP；
ZRA shall be added before “ia” if “A” degree flame resistance is needed. Eg. ZRA-ia-KYPVP
4、如需耐溫105℃時(shí)應(yīng)在規(guī)格前注明105；耐70℃的可省略；
No. 105 shall be stated in the specification suppose 105℃ temperature resistance is needed. But 70℃ temperature resistance can be omitted.
5、生產(chǎn)范圍1-24對(duì)。
例：銅芯R類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)，聚乙烯絕緣，二線組聚氯乙烯護(hù)套，有分屏蔽和總屏蔽10對(duì)1.0mm2表示為：
Producing range 1-24 pairs.
Eg. ia-KYPVPR-10*2*1.0mm2 stands for R structure with copper core, PE insulation, two-wire group PVC sheath, individual and general shielding, 10 pairs, and 1.0mm2 cross section of conductor.

電纜交貨長(zhǎng)度不小于100米，根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議允許任何長(zhǎng)度的電纜交貨。
Delivery length of cable depends on both agreements but with min length no less than 100 meters.
